All cakes are individually made to order. Choose from
traditional rich fruit cake, chocolate cake or Madeira sponge flavoured with vanilla, almonds, orange or
lemon.
Cakes tiers can be all fruit, all sponge or a combination of
fruit and sponge tiers.
